 This is a checklist of portfolio requirements, which are most of the assignments that students will complete during their senior capstone College and Career course. By completing these portfolio pieces, you will be on track to pass College and Career and have the necessary documents for your senior portfolio.

• Career Profiles (3)
• Career goals paper / presentation slides
• College Applications (2)
• College Essay
• College Visits (2)
• Professional resume
• Cover Letter for professional resume
• Letters of recommendation (2)
• 40 service-learning hours
• Extraordinary class work samples (2)
• Five-year plan

All of these documents should be put together in this order along with a table of content and a cover page that includes your name, the quarter, and your expected graduation date.
